Every detail handled in our Chapel Hill, TN shop. Here is exactly what happens between your first call and your first meal in your new kitchen.
Free in-home consultation
Allen comes to your home to measure your space and understand exactly what you want. No sales pitch. No pressure. Just straight talk about what is possible and what it will cost. Bring photos of kitchens or vanities you love, and Allen will sketch ideas on the spot. You leave the meeting with a written quote, a clear timeline, and a real human you have shaken hands with.
Design and 3D plan
Using your measurements and ideas, we create a detailed 3D plan for your project. You see exactly what you are getting before any wood gets cut. Color samples, door style mockups, hardware selections, and dimensions are all reviewed and signed off by you. Changes are easy at this stage. They are expensive after we start building.
Built from scratch in our Chapel Hill shop
Each piece is shaped and finished in our workshop. Face frames, boxes, doors, drawers, all custom-made for your space. We use solid hardwood, dovetail joinery on drawer boxes, and soft-close hardware as standard. Nothing is outsourced, nothing is prefab, and nothing leaves the shop until it is right. Typical build time is 6 to 8 weeks. Summer rush can push it to 10 to 12 weeks.
Installation by the same team
The same team that built your cabinets installs them. No sub-contractors, no handoffs, no finger pointing. We handle everything from removal of your old cabinets to final adjustments. Most kitchen installs take 2 to 3 days from demo to complete. Full remodels with new countertops run 1 to 2 weeks total. Vanities are typically a single day.
Walkthrough and 1-year warranty
Before we leave, we walk through every cabinet with you. Doors get adjusted, drawers get tuned, hardware gets the final torque. You sign off only when you are satisfied. Then everything is backed by our 1-year warranty. Drawer not closing right six months from now? Door sagging? Call us. We come back.
